Maintenance

Weekly:

  • Check its operation.
  • Check that the machine is level with the ground.
  • Make sure that both the surface and the underside of the machine are clean.
  • Clean the electronic console with a damp cloth and dry it completely.

Monthly:

  • Inspect visible welds, structure, and wire connections.
  • Remove the covers and vacuum on low power around the electronic board.
  • Wipe the unit with a cloth.
  • Check that the pedals move freely and smoothly.
  • Inspect the power adapter and make sure the cable is in good condition.
  • Verify that the handheld heart rate sensors cable is working properly.

Quarterly basis: *

  • Inspect for excessive wear on the arms and fenders.
  • Check drive belts for proper tension. If not, adjust them.
  • Inspect the springs.
  • Check that the pedal stops are in good conditions.

Semi-annually: **

  • Visually inspect belts for damage, cracks, or excessive wear.
  • Check battery voltage.
  • Check that the pedal strap clamps are tightened to the proper torque.
  • Perform software diagnosis, check LED function and record odometer reading.
  • Perform cardiac function tests.
  • Visually inspect the cables and connectors.
