Maintenance

Weekly:

  • Check its operation.
  • Check that the machine is level with the ground.
  • Make sure that both the surface and the underside of the machine are clean.
  • Lubricate guide rods, bushings, rod ends, linear bushings, shafts, and rivet stems.
  • Inspect the cables and cable terminations and replace them at any sign of wear.

Monthly:

  • Inspect structures, cable connections, and visible welds.
  • Inspect the cables and cable terminations and replace them at any sign of wear.
  • Verify that all cables have a proper tension level.
  • Inspect the upholstery and padding for excessive wear.
  • Clean the machine with a cloth.
  • Verify that the weight stack tube tie is secure.
  • Verify that the instruction panel is attached and intact.

  • Check the movement of the machine to ensure smooth operation throughout the full range of travel.
  • Check that seat adjustments are fully functional and fully lubricated.

Semi-annually: **
